A Ghost 2x2x2 transformed into a stellated octahedron.

The shape of this puzzle is a stellated octahedron and can also be viewed as a combination of two tetrahedra, in this case reuleaux tetrahedra.
The core of the puzzle is a 2x2x2 or, more precise, a Ghost 2x2x2.
The first version (images 1-4) has white body and black stickers. The designer also presented versions with blue body and other sticker colours.
