FTO Tetrahedron

This is not the first tetrahedral puzzle with the axis system of a face turning octahedron but the first one with the exact same set of piece types. Although all four sides look identical and although the axis system is compatible with the shape the puzzle still changes its shape because the inventor has reoriented the puzzle within the solid.
