This is the application of the inventor's simple "Pochmann style" sticker-mod from the "Super Ivy" (custom) onto the "Super Ivy (QiYi MoFangGe)" redesign of the Rex Cube. This stickering makes permutation of the face petals and orientation of the centres part of the solve, i.e. a Super Rex Cube.

The name selected offers a disambiguation for the QiYi puzzle which might have been more systematically named as "Ivy Rex" to reference the face shape and to acknowledge the inspiration of the original 'Rex Cube' by Andrew Cormier.

Two other examples of super stickering of an original Rex Cube are already listed in the museum as "Imperious Rex" and "Six-Eyed Rex Cube". This is the first mod of the "Super Ivy (QiYi MoFangGe)".
