A shape transformation of the Astroid Attack which transformes it into a true tetragonal trapezohedron.

The Kite Trap is a shallow-cut face turning tetragonal trapezohedron. A geometry first visited by Oskar Van Deventer with the Asteroid Attack. This puzzle preserves the original shape of the trapezohedron and uses more curvy cuts. It has eight axes of rotation, all of which are jumbling-only. The puzzle features stored cuts, which increases the moves allowed, resulting in a difficult puzzle to solve.
The sample shown here was printed and stickered by Jason Gavril.
