This is the second puzzle named Tricky 2x3x3 by the inventor. In solved state it looks identical to the first puzzle but it works differently. Like the previous version this puzzle was also suggested by Andrey Yerashkevich.
It can be viewed as a bandaged 2x6x6 or a bandaged 6x6x6.
