Combination of the mechanisms of Sergey Makarov's Mixup 3x3x3 with a 2x2x2 void cube.

The inventor discovered the mechanism that Sergey Makarov used in 1983 to produce his 3x3x3 Mixup, while he was illustrating about void cubes.
This gave him the idea of designing a puzzle that would somehow be able to bring together both concepts: Sergey's mechanism and void cube in a 2x2x2. The later a puzzle that did not yet exist as far as the inventor knew.
After some tries with his custom 3D printer he contacted Evgeniy Grigoriev for help who encouraged him to present the design to the community in the forum.
Both 2x2x2 models, with and without holes, use the same internal void mechanism without core
Edge length: 40 mm
Weight: 50 grams (approximation from the volume of resin consumed and its density)
