A Tuttminx in spherical shape where only the hexagons can be turned but in steps of 60.

Icosahedron Chaotic 1 is a variation of Icosahedron V1.0 (see the entry of CTDSphere) by adding 3 more cuts to hexagonal faces symmetrically. The result is a puzzle with 20 axes that looks like a spherical tuttminx.
The pentagonal faces where not designed to rotate in this model and we carved an 'X' on the sticker of pentagonal cap for indication.
The hexagons can be moved in steps of 60. This is an axis system that is not supported by perfect 3D geometry. Therefore the edges are not perfectly symmetrical. This is no problem for the edges between pentagons and hexagons but for edges between hexagons there are two different possible orientations. Since the inventor does not see a "perfect" alignment for the orientable edges it is done in an arbitrary or chaotic way which gave the puzzle its name.
