This is a 3-layer cheese (deep cut prism with 3 cuts) with sliding tiles on all of the sides, each with an arrow. To be solved all arrows must be pointing the same direction and the colours must be in rainbow. The tiles can move into a gap either around the puzzle or up and down. It is similar to some earlier 3d moving hole puzzles, but with extra moves.
The arrows were added to give the pieces an orientation and make the puzzle more difficult.
