The shape of this puzzle is a 6-Truncated Tetrakis Hexahedron. It consists of 32 faces: 8 hexagons and 24 kites.
The shape could also be viewed as a truncated "Tetrakis Hexahedron".
The pentagonal faces have two jumble-angles: ArcCos(-1/9) and ArcCos(-2/3).
To make the puzzle more complex the inventor unbandaged the edge pieces close to the fourfold corners.
