Dual Skewb

Two skewbs built over each other to implement a rarely seen piece type instead of the non-present traditional faces pieces.

The Dual Skewb is essentially two Skewbs in one. Four tetrahedral corners turn the outer Skewb and the other four tetrahedral corners turn the inner Skewb. The interesting thing to note is that the Skewb faces no longer have the grip pattern of the face piece type.
The square-like pieces are now the 12 Verniers which is a special piece type unknown to traditional twistypuzzles with equidistant pairs of cuts. This special piece type has only been seen before in the Master Pyraminx and the Venus Crazy Octahedron. Each of these pieces is moved only by 2 grips that are diagonally opposite each other across a face of the cube.
Even the corners are special. One half of the corners represents the traditional skewb corners but the other half represents the corners visible in the Compy Cube. Both types of corners usually come in sets of eight pieces each but in this case only four of each set are present. Inside there are eight additional corners which complete both sets but these are not stickered and there considered not present.
Piece type signature: HC2[C1/ C4/ VNz3][C1/ C4/]
