A 2x2x2 in shape of a distorted tetragonal trapezohedron.

The shape is a type of tetragonal trapezohedron. It is made by extending 4 faces on a regular octahedron. The inventor used exactly the same type of extensions to make his 2x2x2 Hexagonal Prism. See the separate entry in the museum. Although both puzzles shape shift, they don't expose any inner surfaces in their scrambled states.
Edge length: 31, 43, 53 mm
