A puzzle of four intersecting circles inspired by the fidget spinner.

Shape and function of this puzzle was inspired by the Fidget Spinner that was very popular in the year this design was presented.
The only other puzzle with four intersecting circles in this configuration is the Handy Mad Triad. Unlike that puzzle this puzzle uses different cutting depths and it behaves bandaged as one can see in image 5.
The inventor originally called his puzzle "Decicilion Try-Angle circle" but later changed its named.
