A face turning icosahedron (comparable to Radio Canon) with circles on the faces.

This face turning icosahedron has a cutting depths identical to the Radio Canon (aka Radiolarian 1.5) from Jason Smith. Unlike its predecessor it has circles inside its face.
The puzzle is made of 283 pieces.

Both puzzle have only small differences in the present piece types:
Radio Canon: DC2[F3 C1 E3 X9 T12][F3 E3]
Crazy Icosahedron: DC2[O F3 C1 E3 X9 T12 Xa6][C1 F3 E3]
That means it has the same pieces as the Radio Canon but
- adds orientation to what were the central triangles.
- makes the core visible.
- adds the Xa6-piece (the triangles inside of the circles) which is totally new.
Edge length: 66 mm
Weight: 214 grams

In January 2018 the inventor presented the Crazy Radiolarian. This is an improved version which looks practically identical.
This puzzle is made of 343 pieces, 440 stickers, the size is the same than MF8 icosahedrons.
Diameter (inner): 100 mm
Weight: 279 grams
