The inventor bumped a crazy 3x3x3 which means he extended the sides in unequal ways. The original is also known as Mirror Blocks.
This puzzle was constructed via 3D extensions using a regular MF8 Crazy 3x3x3 puzzle. The cube is marginally catchier on the zero faces than the stock cube but turns very well resulting in a very smooth enjoyable solving experience. This one is currently set up in the Neptune configuration but with a quick swap of centre pieces it can be transformed into any of the other 7 planetary series puzzles.
