A face turning heptagonal dipyramid (a jumbling-only puzzle) truncated to have a handeable size.
This puzzle is a face turning heptagonal dipyramid, the first puzzle to use this axis system. It turns on 14 axes (none on the top and bottom) and has 113 parts in total. Initially, the inventor wanted to make it a proper dipyramid, but it would have been ridiculously tall, so he truncated the polar vertices to form heptagonal faces. The puzzle also has stored cuts on some of the pieces to make it scramble more.
