This is not the first corner turning cube with four cuts per axis but this one looks like Super X, a puzzle with a hybrid axis system. It is named after the Lattice Cube and the Oh Cube.
Grégoire designed it years earlier and printed it before the shapeways price apocalypse. He presented it in October 2016. The tiles are somewhat loose and it is definitely inadequate for speed cubing.
