This puzzle is very similar to the rhombic raptor except that 2 of the corners are flattened out causing bandaging with the smaller turns. Also, the pieces are designed so that they are interchangeable with the parts of the rhombic raptor. The designer however made a few tweeks to the design that improves the smaller corner turns but you still need to be careful everything is lined up for the puzzle to turn well.
