Back in 2013 Dan Fast attempted to build an 11x11x11 barrel, but failed.
But then, in early 2016 Nathan Wilson made one and succeded.
Nathan Wilson's version has a 10-colour sticker scheme, consisting of white, red, yellow, blue, green, orange, pink, purple, sky blue and fuchsia.
Every single turn of the original 11x11x11 still works but for this reason curved cuts were needed.
