A not so simple pentagonal prism with two layers and two cuts per lateral axis.
This is a higher order version of the designers first design, the Pentet Puzzle. Unlike the Master Grimace and Master Quartet cube, the cuts on the Master Pentet intersect each other, creating a completely different type of solve.
The images here show the second version of this design. The first version had thin internal parts that would warp as the puzzle turned, causing them to snap. Also, the cuts on the first version were too shallow and didn't reflect the face of a Master Pentultimate very well, as the face design was based off of one.
The puzzle has 331838373888000 different permutations.
