Madness Cubed is a cubic transformation of the More Madness puzzle by Oskar van Deventer.

This is a cubic version of Oskar van Deventer's More Madness puzzle. The shape of the core is a triginal dipyramid. The inventor has placed the axis system such that every face displays the same slice pattern, resulting in what could be seen as a 3x3x3 cube. Therefore the puzzle was presented with a little understatement: "Just another 3x3x3"
In fact, it is the same size as a standard 3x3x3 cube. Like the original, the puzzle jumbles and shape-shifts with every move. Due to the constant shape changing it can actually be a bit difficult to scramble the puzzle since it is not always apparent when axes line up. Similar to the More Madness puzzle, Madness Cubed is also partially unbandaged. However, there are still occurrences of moves being blocked that appear to be available to turn.
Image 5 show a pattern where a corner and a face were swapped.
