This puzzle is named ??????? ??????????? ???????, transliterated Tsilindr Golovolomka Suvenir, which means Cylinder Puzzle Souvenir.
This one has an orange packaging. At one end of the puzzle there is the inscription ??????????? (puzzle) and the other half says ?????? (Dombai) (mountainous area in southern Russia).
One production date 11/87 (November 1987)
There is also a very similar variant with embossed numbers on the tiles.

The original price is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 roubles per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical. The price (in roubles) is printed on the leaflet.
