This puzzle tries everything possible to hide its true nature.
It looks like a 2x2x3. The name "Tower Cube" is used for a 2x2x4. In fact it is a 2x3x3.
As the word "Wall" in the name hints the puzzle resembles the wall cube. Indeed it inherited one property of the Wall cube: Only one dimension can be turned in the solved state.
