The fused 5x5 starts with two bare 5x5 mechanisms, that are bound together in such a way that there is an open space in the middle, a 3x3 block where the two cubes intersect. Each cube uses the other as a plane to turn against. They can be made by yourself or you can visit www.thepuzzlestore.com
