A bandaged 3x3x3 with movable restrictions.

It should be obvious where this puzzle got its name from.
It is a bandaged 3x3x3 which bandagings change while turning. Each corner has one arm on one of its three sides. Fences hinder these arms to be rotated to the outside of the faces. Fences on the face pieces block the arms further depending on the orientation of the face pieces.
This is the inventors third try on this concept. He called the first one "The Blob". See the 5th image. That puzzle had two arms connected to opposing face pieces.
The second try is shown in the 6th image.
Adam G. Cowan suggested to add the central fence which lead the inventor to this third version.
It was built and presented by a forum member called "Fractangle".
