This is the third shape variant of ?????? transliterated Tsvetok meaning "Flower" aka "Festival flower". The most often known versions show a flower-like shape with five or six leaves. This one has twelve leaves. The variant called "Fill the circle" has no leaves at all.
It is unknown in which way this twelve-leaves-variant is related to the other variants.
The original price given here is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 roubles per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical. The price (in roubles) is printed on the package.
