A hexagonal prism with three layers and deeper cuts. Compared with the traditional variant it has two additional types of pieces.
The Hexoid is a face turning hexagonal prism, deeper cut than the standard Hexagonal Prism, but not as deep as the three layered Cheese. As a result, it has parts from both puzzles, creating an interesting puzzle to solve. The puzzle uses the shells mechanism, starting from a Hexagonal Domino puzzle, to then create a deeper cut puzzle. A rail style mechanism was then implemented to allow the middle layer to function.
