A cuboid, but a corner turning one.
This puzzle is the result of a lengthy discussion in the forum about whether puzzles can be made which axes do not meet in a single point. It was Anthony Villaveiran who suggested this geometry to Oskar van Deventer who finailly implemented the concept. All eight corners can be rotated with three adjacent pieces in every direction.
The puzzle was named after the Mosaic Cube which has a very similar style of turning.
