An Ultimate Skewb where 6 faces were deleted by gluing some extensions on them.
This puzzle is part of the series "Extended Ultimate Skewb". All modifications of this series are made by "deleting" some faces of the original puzzle. This is achieved by gluing on some extensions. In this case 6 faces were deleted. The result is a rhombohedron.
The technical signature (10561E0C3C00001F803F0A80000) indicates on which sides extensions were glued on. Some additional extensions might be placed between the first set too. Whether this is done or not is decided without general rule.
The extensions are massive and consist of one part casted polyurethane resin and one part modelling clay.
Height: 78.7 mm (identical to an Ultimate Skewb)
Edge length: 90 mm
Weigh: 549 grams
In 2012 Claus Wenicker presented another version of this shape with a different orientation of the cuts. It bears the same name but without the signature.
