A deceiving face turning dodecahedron with very unusual cuts.

At first this puzzle looks like a megaminx (more precise: like hungarian supernova) and it is indeed a face turning dodecahedron. What makes this puzzle special are the cuts used for the puzzle.
If you look at the images closely, you can see that the face centers are slightly recessed into the puzzle. This was required to do because the hyperbolic cuts cause extremely thin parts, and said parts needed to be made thicker. The increase in thickness had to be "traded off" with the recessed center parts.
This puzzle was inspired by the puzzles on Gelatinbrains puzzle simulator and the puzzle represents variant 1.1.4 without the X-faces.
