A bandaged and extended 4x4x4.

For this variant one layer of pieces was glued to the pieces of the underlying layer. The opposite layers received extensions to make the solved state looking symmetrical again. In reality what seems to be the center of the cube is places offset to the real center.
The idea for this puzzle was conceived and first presented by You YuChun (aka Witeden) but the first finished sample was made by Lawrence Cuthbert.
