One of the tiles is embossed with a price.
This was a natural shape modification of the Russian Pyraminx. There's a very similar modification produced in Riga with slightly different outer shape called "Kristall" (Crystal). See the seperate entry in the museum.
Like the Russian Pyraminx this puzzle was produced by several factories around USSR. The "Original price" is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 rubels per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical. The price (in rubels) was visible directly on the puzzle through the single embossed tile.
If you're looking to buy, eBay is the one place you can find almost anything... if you're willing to wait for it, then pay the price!
