A 5x5x5 in shape of triangular prism.
There are several transformations which transformed different puzzles into this shape. The community had to wait until the first sample for the 5x5x5 was presented.
To built this transformation two corner pieces in opposite positions have to be truncated like three of the edges between them.
This is a shape transformation closely related to the professor hexagonal prism. Building the hexagonal prism is a bit easier since all six edges in the "equatorial region" are treated equally. And as if the inventor had conceived the same thought he presented the hexagonal prism 5 months after this puzzle. Both puzzles share the same height.
