The concept of bandaging a megaminx is way older than this transformation but it is applied only on rare occasions. This variant is one of the highly regular ones. The puzzle has 12 blocks of one corner and one edge glued together. The stickering scheme is changed in a way that the puzzle has 6 sections. In every section there are two bandaged blocks. All blocks are placed equally in their colored sections.
