This is the third transformation of a masterball into a hexahedron. This is the first one which preserved all four layers of original puzzle. In principle this is an easy transformation since plastic sheets or solid extensions have to be placed on all 8*4 pieces of the masterball. One major difficulty is the assembly of the masterball.
The first sample was sold via Ebay in 2009 for 455 USD.
