Truncated Ultramorphix

First built by Daniel Baamonde with an Eastsheen 5x5x5 in 2008. Only one was made then and sold on Ebay. There have since been others made with pillowed or "reuleaux" shapes. To save material the four tips were omitted and replaced with planes faces. The solid resembles a truncated tetrahedron.
