Very deeply truncated 5x5x5 Rubik's Wahn.
The corners of a 5x5x5 have been greatly cut down exposing part of the mechanism. Surprisingly it still works though some of the puzzle's stability has been lost. Mathematically the shape is between a cuboctahedron and a truncated octahedron.
It came about by accident when Tony was trying to make a cuboctahedron but started cutting in the wrong place. Surprised by what he saw he continued to create this unusual looking puzzle.
It was made from a 5x5x5 produced by Rubiks Studio.
The truncation goes so deep that depending on the original cube different pattern show up. See image 3 for an example.
