This one might be the most unfortunate amongst the unreleased Masterballs.
It was very close to release to the point where it could, for a very short period of time, be found in in the leaflets that came with other masterball variants.
However for some unknown reason, that never came to be.
Today, only a handful of printing samples exist in the world.
