The Puzzler reimplemented in two versions at once, shown on opposite sides. With some optional blocking mechanism.
This puzzle is meant to succeed the Puzzler from Douglas Engel. The Puzzler has been released in several flavors.
The inventor decided to repeat the colours of these original puzzles. One sideshows the colours of the Puzzler Novice. The other side shows the five colour of the Puzzler Avenger. In the original state it poses three challenges: 1. Solve the "Novice" side. 2. Solve the "Avenger" side. 3. Solve both sides at the same time.
The inventor also designed blocking pieces in two parts. One type of blocker is triangular and can be pushed into the triangular pieces. The other type can be pushed into the rectangular pieces. Additional blockers can be put into the frame. The moveable blocking pieces clash with the stationary pieces but only if oriented correctly.
