This puzzle is named ????????? ??????, transliterated Volshebnye Shariki which means Magic Balls.
An alternative name means "a small star" in English. A recent issue of the CFF called it "Starlet". It is also known as Swesdotschka.
The logo on the puzzle indicates that it was made in a factory in Chisinau.
As with many soviet time puzzles there were many different colour variants although here only for the marbles:
Yellow + Blue
Red + Orange
Blue + Orange
Green + Orange
Yellow + Green
Red + Blue + Orange + Yellow + Green
