Is it a 2x2 made to look like the Golden Cube? Is it 3D printed?
EDIT: Nevermind, just saw the other pictures. Looks like a Ghost Corner Pocket 2x2 hand mod. Very nice!

It isn't. It's a Golden Corner Cube. Based on the Corner Cube though with turning directions skewed like my Golden Cube or a Ghost Cube. I am guessing he used "Golden" instead of "Ghost" since chronologically it's actually the more correct term.
The corner is part of a 3x3x3 but with skewed (Ghost style) turning and the rest of the puzzle is a 2x2x2 also with skewed (Ghost style) turning.
I am guessing it's 3D printing since it looks like holes have been incorporated to save on materials.
