Amazing! But when it "slides" can it only slide in intervals of two or can it slide 1 or 3?

that puzzle looks phenomenal. I never thought I would like a puzzle that has a body that is not strictly black or white, but the yellow looks amazing here.

also, are any layers fused? it looks as if the top layer would fall out during a 2-layer slide...

Very clean look, I like the orange/yellow base plastic, but it looks like the two halves of the SSQ layer are bandaged by some sort of clear plastic. Is this because of the pieces jumbling too much or simply so it wouldn't lock, or are they not bandaged at all and it is just clear sticker?

That's to stop stop the pieces falling out.

Excellent work! This puzzle looks like a great challenge, and I like how the concept of the Sliding Pucks puzzles are going. Well done. :)

The orange and blue base plastic are the mold test samples. Never sold before, and this color maybe never again.

Yes, the top and bottom layer each half fused. If not, when slided, this part were drop.

When you do the slide move you always move the halves two layers against each other.
Is that necessary? Does the puzzle work when slided by only one layer?

i really like this puzzle. the movement is great. I'd love to see some version of the sliding pucks mass produced.

Yes, is necessary, because the two tracks is opposite.
